To ensure creditors do not violate Fair Housing laws and regulations as it relates to parental leave, the Temporary Leave Income Calculation form will assist creditors in qualifying applicants on temporary leave, when used in conjuction with the Paternal Leave Policy Update and Procedures Update. The form includes section for borrower information, detailed requirements, calculating supplemental income, and determining total qualifying income.
