Description
As existing regulations are revised and new regulations are published existing closing checklists need to be updated. Each checklist provides an easy-to-use method to ensure certain tasks are completed as required. The HPML Escrow Account Cancellation Checklist ensures that all necessary tasks required by Regulation X related to cancellation of an escrow account are completed.
