On June 16, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of data on 2021 mortgage lending transactions reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) by 4,338 U.S. financial institutions. 2022 HMDA GUIDE AVAILABLE

On March 30, 2022, the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council (FFIEC) made available the 2022 A Guide to HMDA Reporting: Getting It Right! The Guide is a valuable resource for assisting institutions in their HMDA reporting. It includes a summary of responsibilities and requirements, directions for assembling the necessary tools, and instructions for reporting HMDA data.

FFIEC UPDATES BSA MANUAL

On June 25, 2021, the Federal Financial Institutions Examinations Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of the 2021 list of distressed or underserved nonmetropolitan middle-income geographies.
