TD Bank Settlement $122 Million for Overdraft Practices

On January 21, 2017 the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) took action against Prospect Mortgage, LLC, a major mortgage lender, for paying illegal kickbacks for mortgage business referrals.
