On February 12, 2020 the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) published its 2020 version of A Guide to HMDA Reporting – Getting It Right. On August 31, 2019 the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of data on mortgage lending transactions at 5,683 U.S. financial institutions covered by the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). Covered institutions include banks, savings associations, credit unions, and mortgage companies.
