FINAL PAYDAY RULES

On October 5, 2017 the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) made available a final new rule, 12 CFR Part 1041 (Regulation OO), for Payday, Vehicle Title and Certain High-Cost Installment Loans. CFPB RELEASES PROPOSAL TO ELIMINATE PAYDAY DEBT TRAPS
