We implemented the sample procedures that Jack had supplied. Our auditors liked the procedures, but did suggest that we add a line that the policy and procedures will be updated in response to regulatory changes. I just thought I would pass this along in case it would be helpful to someone else. It is one of those things that seems so obvious that you wouldn’t even think you needed to add it.
