    I know this was discussed somewhere, but I cannot remember in which meeting we discussed it.

    On Page 5 of the CD under the Other Disclosures section for Indiana and Kentucky, is it the “State law may protect you from liability for the unpaid balance” or “…does not protect…”?

    I was just hoping someone had a better memory than I and could point me in the right direction.

    You are welcome. We obtained an opinion that it is the same for Indiana, Ohio & Florida as well.
