I contacted our vendor for Flood Certs to inquire as to why they had not updated to the most recent version of the form (updated 9/30/2021). I was told they were having issues implementing and that it would likely not be implemented till January of next year. They noted they were taking advantage of the grace period for implamenation. I’ve done some searching and I have been unable to locate anything that specifies the allowable delay to implement or use the updated form.
I am not aware of any delayed implementation date, but then at the same time I am not aware of a mandatory use date. That said, the new form is virtually identical to the old form; it is hard to imagine what would delay the implementation.
