Does Reg E apply to trust accounts? I have been researching this and am getting conflicting information. More often than not, I am finding where most agree that Reg E can apply to trust accounts if the account is used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. However, I am also finding where a trust is not considered a natural person under the Reg E definition and thus would be exempt.
