    If we are only getting a report of completion from the appraiser do we have to get that to the customer three days prior to consummation? Does the customer need to get a copy at all?

    If we lower the rate and add a prepayment penalty (no other changes) do we need to re-disclose? And if so, what reason do we give for the re-disclosure?

    We’ve been told in the past that the life of loan is a pre-paid fc that affects the APR. Is this no longer the case? and if so can we list the amount of the determination and life of loan as one fee?

    If we weblink to a site that is taking an application for a student loan and the service provider’s privacy policy is different from ours (we don’t share and they share for marketing, joint marketing and with affiliates about transaction and experiences) will we need to change our privacy policy to reflect this? There is a speedbump on our website that states that they are leaving our site.
