With a TRID purchase loan the deed prep fee is part of the closing. It is customary for the seller to pay this fee in our area. Will this go in section H “Other Cost” of the seller’s closing disclosure in this case? Or does the fee need to go in section B or C with the word “Title” in front of it on the seller closing disclosure?

A fee that the creditor requires as part of the transaction would go under the Loan Costs section as you described.
