I’m quite sure this was covered during one of the sessions on TRID but my mind is on overload with these changes so I apologize if this is a repeat question. On a construction only transaction would we include builders risk insurance and property taxes on the LE as non-escrowed items and list the monthly amount? I have not found anything to the contrary but wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks!
