If we re-disclose a Loan Estimate (LE) after we have received the appraisal and we update the information in our loan software and mark “Appraisal Complete” it still prints the language as “Est. Prop. Value” on the reissued LE. Is the reissued LE compliant if the value is updated, but the revised LE says “Est. Prop Value” instead of “Appraised Prop. Value”?
