Is anyone using text messaging as a way of contacting delinquent loan customers? I would appreciate any guidance, advice or what platform you may be using to do so.

I don’t have any platform suggestions, but I encourage you to double check the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Regulation F, which have a substantial impact on the use of email or text in the collection of a debt.
