    We are in the process if changing our card processor. The new processor offers fraud text alerts. We are currently not sending out any text messages to our customer.

    We are wanting to opt everyone in and then provide a mechanism for them to opt out. Is this allowed? Where or how would we disclose that we will be sending fraud alert text messages for their debit card?

    Is there a charge for the text alert feature?

    Does your existing privacy policy allow you to share nonpublic personal information with third parties?
