We are revamping our checking and savings accounts and I want to make sure our TIS disclosures are correct. Currently they state, “You may make six (6) transfers from your account each four week or similar period,” it goes on to state what ways you can make those transfers and what type of transfers are unlimited. Then it states, “Please note that the transaction limitation has been temporarily suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.” Does this sentence need to be removed?
