LE was disclosed with $2,000 origination charge, which is the correct amount. CD was disclosed with $200 origination charge, in error. Are we allowed to redisclose the CD with the corrected $2,000 origination charge?

Since the fee was disclosed correctly on the LE, we believe you could re-disclose the CD and wait three business days to close.
