Recording Fee for Power of Attorney

    We are doing a TRID loan and there is a fee at closing to record a power of attorney. Is that fee to be disclosed in section E of the closing disclosure with the other recording fees or in section H?

    Assuming a power of attorney (POA) is required to be filed with the mortgage, then the fee for filing the POA is included in the first line in Section E.
