We have financed the purchase of a mobile home park, where there are approximatley 15 mobile homes that are permately attached, for the “property type” for listing hmda should I use #2 – manufactured/mobile home housing or #3 multi family (5). We have a deed of trust and 6 of the mobile homes for collateral.
When determining the property type and you have multiple pieces of property, you just look at the 1st one. I’d report this as a manufactured/mobile home.
