If the property address was given to you incorrectly from the customer and the wrong address was disclosed on the Loan Estimate incorrectly,
are you able to correct this when you give the customer the Initial Closing Disclosure.

The street address is correct, but the city is wrong. The cities are neighboring cities and it does happen a lot.
The flood and the appraisal was ordered on the correct address
This is a construction loan.

The inadvertent error could be corrected by providing a revised loan estimate, or if it is too late to issue a revised LE, then the correction could be reflected on the initial closing disclosure.
