We have purchased a participation with a bank that originated a loan used to refinance residential rental property. The lead bank did collect government monitoring information. My question is who reports this loan on their LAR, does the lead bank report the entire loan, or does each bank report the amount they originated?
If I’m not mistaken, it’s their responsibility.
