    If we do a informational or courtesy revised Loan Estimate,
    so we need to get another intent to proceed signed.
    The situation was that the appraisal changed and the loan amount became less because of the LTV.
    All of the fees were less so we could not reset tolerance. The interest rate did increase but we do lock interest rates.
    The loan officer did request that I do an informational Loan Estimate, but I did not reset the tolerance.

    Please let me know about the intent to proceed, because this will trigger when we can close. Also since I gave an LE will it be 4 days before we can close.

    The regulation does not require that you obtain intent to proceed with each revised LE. You may want to check your internal policy to ensure you are complying with any additional internal requirements.
