Hopefully someone can resolve an issue we are having. We have taken stock as collateral and one person says the Irrevocable Stock Power must be completed fully, signed and signature guaranteed but I was always under the impression all we did was to have the customer sign the form and signature guarantee it. Which is correct or is it a combination?
