Our current HUD Settlement Cost Booklet has a revision date of 12/09. Should we order new booklets (REV 01-12)?

I didn’t know that the new revisions were out yet. All the books we have were published in 2009 too. I know there will be revisions coming soon but who knows when that will be! 🙂
