In March our customers were telling us that their lobbies were open by appointment only, their staff was working in M-W-F or T-TH shifts to keep their financial institutions operating, they were allowing more staff the opportunity to work from home. That was March 2020. My question is what does your financial institution look like today? Are you still operating under the same precautions? I’m interested in starting a conversation to see and compare the different strategies. Let’s learn from one another!
