HMDA Houseboat?

    Under HMDA’s definition of dwelling, excluded items include vehicles such as boats and campers. Would a houseboat qualify for this exemption. The boat is not the applicant’s primary residence. Thanks for your help.

    Yes, a houseboat is exempt from this definition.
