Kentucky has a state statute, KRS 360.100(2)(o), that states that lenders that make high-cost home loans must make available in their principle location and branch locations an approved DVD or CD regarding high cost home loans. Do you know if this is still a requirement and, if so, where I can find a list of approved DVDs? I’ve checked with the Kentucky Bankers Association and cannot find anything on their website regarding a high cost home loan DVD.
I certainly understand if you don’t have specific information on individual states but I thought I’d ask. Thanks for your help!
