Free Appraisal Survey

    I’m looking for a free resource for an Appraisal Survey. I’ve previously been directing people to the Appraisal Survey conducted by the VA, but the survey that includes Kentucky has not been updated since 1/18/2012. Which is not very up to date.

    Does anyone know of another free Appraisal Survey that is a bit more current? The Appraisal Survey is used to ensure that the Financial Institution is compensating appraisers at a reasonable and customary amount.
