    Regarding your request during the group meeting, we do not make loans that are insured or subsidized through HUD.

    We have a secondary market area that offers government insured loans – with one being an FHA. These are then sold to an investor.

    Thanks for your input. I wish I could figure out how to get the rest of our members into the game.

    Based on this input I could conclude that only one member needs to be concerned about the Equal Access Rule, or I could conclude that 33% of our members are impacted by the rule. What a dilemma.

    We also offer FHA loans that are sold on the secondary market.

    We do not offer FHA loans. However, we do have loans secured by residential investment properties that are rented under Section 8 housing. If I understood your comment yesterday, we need to be concerned about these provisions, too.
