I apologize if this is a remedial question – I need some direction.
I’ve been asked to research the E-sign act and to confirm that on a joint application one borrower cannot provide consent to do business electronically (econsent) for both borrowers.
I know that is not allowed but I can not seem to form a response except – it doesn’t say it’s allowed. Any recommendations or input is appreciated!
