We base our rates on credit scores. We recently had a customer apply for a loan and we pulled their credit and gave them a credit score disclosure. During the loan process the customer worked on their credit and asked if we would pull their credit report again to see if it was any higher. Do we need to give the customer another credit score disclosure?
