Credit reporting

    Can you report an estates’ loan delinquencies on the executors credit report? Isn’t it an executors fiducary responsibility to manage the estate properly?

    If the executor is on the loan then I might say yes, but it doesn’t sound like that is the case for you. If they are not personally on the loan then I don’t think you could report that on them.
