We have an opportunity to originate a 20 year construction-perm loan for a customer. We negotiated an 18 month construction phase at a fixed rate, and the remainder at a variable rate subject to a rate adjustment every 5 years.
We have never done anything like this before, and I have NO IDEA how to proceed. HELP!!
