Are seller fees allowed to be disclosed in the Loan Cost sections A/B/C of the Closing Disclosure or are these just for borrower cost? In reading the Small Entity Compliance Guide, I believe seller cost are to be in the Other Cost section of the CD only. Can you please confirm?

Any fee listed in the loan costs or other costs section may be paid by the seller. That is why page 2 contains columns for borrower-paid, seller-paid, and paid by others.
