Has anyone recently completed their CCBCO through ICBA? We have a few employees that will be completing the training/testing next year, all with less than 5 years in banking. Are there study materials they could utilize now or is it really as straight forward as others are describing it? Bankersonline threads make it seem like you could pass with no experience at all.

One of our employees just completed the CRCM test. It is a monster. I am not as familiar with the CCBCO. During Friday’s Master to Master program we will encourage members familiar with the CCBCO to respond to your question.
I went to Kansas City, MO for the CCBCO week long seminar. I had less than 5 years experience at the time. We had a test each morning over the previous day’s material. You get a HUGE amount of material at the on-site seminar to study at night. My experience was pretty straight forward but I did stress a little each night!
