With a TRID loan, if a loan payoff was not entered on the Loan Estimate but is later entered on the Closing Disclosure, is it necessary to re-disclose the Loan Estimate showing the payoff if it does not change any of the fees?

No you do not need to reissue the LE. In fact, once the closing disclosure is provided you can not issue a revised the loan estimate. See 1026.19(e)(4).
