What does a $180 million dollar size bank have to provide to be compliant with the American Disability Act for the vision and hearing impaired? Our ATM Machnie is complaiant but what else do we need to do? Do we need to have an interpreter for hearing impaired or special software for vision impaired. What do other banks our size do to be compliant?
