Are there any regulatory compliance items to address when crossing the $500 million asset threshold?

Such as additional regulatory burdens, exemptions that go away, etc.

Thank you hcutts! I had found that article and it mainly addresses additional audit requirements.

I’m trying to see if it would impact any requirements under the A B C regs.

JGo9 – Nothing comes immediately to mind. I will look at this later this evening and will ask Robin to peek at it as well.

I can’t think of anything either. I think this would be a proactive conversation to have with your regulator – may gain some info plus it shows you’re concerned about getting everything right as you grow.
