  When determining the $1000 overdraft limit for directors, are fees included or excluded from the $1000. For instance, an account is overdrawn -$990 based on presentment items but with fees is overdrawn more than $1000? Are fees factored?

  In my opinion the fee should be included in the aggregate overdraft amount.
