    During CMG training on 2.20.15 Jack discussed on page 92 of the closing disclosure manual calculating excess amounts where the service was not provided.
    I just wanted to get further clarity on this. If we put a fee on the Loan estimate and then end up not charging it at all do we have to reduce the amount in the Loan Estimate column when figuring the change between what we disclosed and what was actually charged?

    You are correct. It is not factored into the amount in LE or the Final column if it was a service that was not provided. This is a hold over from the current rules.
