Curious if anyone has any tips/tricks for training bank staff on BSA/AML. We are having a bank-wide training day coming up, and will break down into groups for sessions. For example, I’ll have a group of senior management to train on BSA/AML, then loan ops, etc… I think my main hang-up is how to make it fun and engaging, particularly for the non-customer facing staff (senior mgmt, IT, etc). How would you go about discussing catching & stopping fraud (our theme for the day) with staff who don’t see customers or transactions often?
Our training day leader has requested we make our sessions as fun and engaging as possible…. BSA? Fun? I’m doing my best!
