    IS A RED FLAG FORM REQUIRED ON EXISITING CUSTOMERS WITH EVERY NEW ACCOUNT THEY OPEN ?

    You’ll need to refer to your Red Flag Policy to see. The Regs do not necessarily require it, but your policy/procedures of your financial institution may.
