    My understanding is that the comment period closed on July 7 for the proposal to delay the compliance date for TRID to October 3. We’re less than 2 weeks away from the original compliance effective date. At what point is this decision expected to be announced?

    The CFPB announced yesterday that they finalized October 3, 2015 as the effective date. We posted an article in the blog this morning cover this – please check it out.
