I have been working through the ATR rules and was really trying to find out if there are any vendors that can provide the underwriting capabilities required by Appendix Q. Currently, we handle our application’s in-house on excel spreadsheets so I have to either develop a “Lender’s Underwriting Worksheet” that is detailed enough to support the requirement of Appendix Q or find a software that can handle it. Since Appendix Q is essentially FHA underwriting, are there already software products out there to support it? If anyone is already doing FHA financing and is aware please let me know. Thanks!
