Reg. CC changes

    A slight change of venue…
    If i remember correctly there were some changes coming to Reg. CC and the hold notice in particular.
    I think the date/day the funds will actually be available was going to be added to the hold notice.
    Does any one know where the latest info on this is and when it may be effective?

    Regulation CC is not my strong suit. I believe the comment period closed in June of 2011, but the final regulation has not been published.
