In the TRID seminar it was suggested not to give a Realtor a copy of the CD. We had drafted a doc to be signed by the customer if desired that we would provide them a copy. Should we stop this process and only give a copy to the customer or does the authorization by the customer cover us? Thank you!
We have taken the approach that we will not provide the realtor a copy of the closing disclosure. If the borrower wants the realtor to have, they can provide a copy themselves.
