Jack – In your webinar called Regulation Z: Ability to Repay & Qualified Mortgages: Strategic Planning Issues for Management, you provided a handy dandy flowchart. In the material it’s on page 7. Where can I find the documentation in the reg that states if the loan doesn’t fit into any of these boxes (QM, Small Creditor QM, ATR, Etc) you are not allowed to make the loan?
