We are an NFIP bank. There is confusion among several of us. Has there ben any changes with our letter we send regarding force placement and timing in regard to the regulation changes? And we are only required to send one letter, correct? Thanks.
There has not been any change in the notification process you are talking about. If you are not force-placing through MPPP then one notification is all that is required by regulation.
