Hi. Our borrower has a construction loan that he needs to renew (because it has matured) and get additional money to finish up construction. Is the Liability after Foreclosure disclosure required on the LE & CD for this one? Our processor can’t get it on the LE today. We’ve had another one like this this year that it didn’t print on LE but it did on CD. Thanks in advance for your help!
